Step Procedure & Parts & Tools
1 Lift the recovery tank from the machine and carry to drain to empty. Push the machine over a drain and remove the yellow solution filter cap to drain solution tank.

2 Raise the tank cover up until it pops off machine.

3 Locate the 2 hoses coming up through the solution tank. Pull the 2 hose cuffs off hoses.

4 Using a socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts holding the handle.

5 Using an Allen wrench, remove the 3 bolts holding the handle cover.
Wrench-Allen metric 4.0mm

6 Pull the handle cover from the machine.

7 Slide the handle off the gear.

8 Using a socket wrench, remove the 4 bolts holding the back cover.

9 Using a socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts in the electrical compartment.

10 Using a socket wrench, loosen the bolt on the front of the solution tank.

11 Using a socket wrench, remove the 2 solution tank bolts on each side of the tank.

12 Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the bottom screw underneath the machine.

13 Pull out white connector block and use a flat head screwdriver to loosen the 2 screws holding the black wires. Pull to remove the black wires from the block.

14 Set the machine right side up and lift the solution tank from the machine.

15 Pull the vac motor cover with attached hose to remove it from the machine.

16 Lift the vac motor from the machine. Reverse steps 1-18 to install a new vac motor.
